Your baby is ONE!! Where has time gone!?! A cake smash session is such a fun way to celebrate this milestone! A lot of times we have too much going on at the birthday party to really soak it all in and get those adorable photos of our babies enjoying their first few tastes of cake. This session is a fantastic way to freeze these moments in time and document how drastically your little one has changed over the past year.
DETAILS
With over 100 Cake Smash themes to choose from you will find exactly what makes your heart pitter patter! The studio will be all set up and ready to go upon your arrival. This means 100% of the session time will be devoted to your little one and not a second will be wasted! One year olds do not like their time wasted lol!
We also work around baby’s nap schedule to find a session that works best for your baby! And since your little one might change up their sleeping schedule (happens all the time!) we can adjust the session time if that happens!
This is My process:
I. Book the date.
You will be able to choose a day/time that works best for you and your little one. Please schedule right after a nap. Babies are normally happiest in the morning.
II. Take photos.
The studio will be all ready for the photo session. I will have several chairs and numbers for you to choose from. You are more than welcome to bring their favorite toy to make them feel more comfortable. If you plan to smash cake, it will be during the second half of the session.
III. Deliver memories.
My turnaround time is 7-10 days. You will get an email with the link to the online gallery. You are welcome to download all the images and order prints directly from the gallery. The digital images are included in the session.

Bubble Bath ($50 add on)
Bubbles, bubbles and more bubbles! After a good cake smash, there is nothing better than a relaxing warm bubble bath. I use a clear tub so you can see their cute little baby toes. I will take a photos to capture this sweet memory. Expect 7-10 additional photos to your smash cake gallery.
Milk Bath ($75 add on)
After the smash, your baby can continue the giggles with a warm milk bath. You will get to choose fresh flowers and/or a variety of fresh fruits to add to the bath (lemons, oranges or strawberries). I will line the old fashion basin with greenery and have a string of pearls available for the girls.

What is Cake Smash Photography?
Cash smash portraits are a fun way to celebrate birthdays. It is most common for 1st birthdays, but it would be great for any age!
What should I bring to a session?
Make sure to bring a few different outfits, blanket, any special toy or memento that you would like to include. I will numbers, decor to match the theme and cake stands. Please feel welcome to bring anything that you think would be of importance to include in the photographs.
Don't forget the cake! I no longer provide cakes due to food allergies. HEB or Walmart has the best deals on a 6 inch cake.
How long is a birthday session?
Usually, sessions last about 45-60 minutes.
How many photos are included?
You are guaranteed to receive at least 40 edited images. Usually galleries include 60-80 images.
When can I book?
I accept bookings up to a year before the session. You must book a birthday session at least 2 weeks in advance and full payment is required a week before. I do have payment options if you would like to break down the amount.
Do you provide outfits?
Not at this time. Clients usually dress their little one in the same clothes as the birthday party or an outfit that they wore when they were a baby.
What is your turnaround time?
Normal turnaround time is 7-10 days. However, I do have a rush option if you need them sooner.
Is the cake included?
The $199 includes 45 min session, one theme, props, and an online gallery of at least 40 edited images. I no longer have a cake as an add on option due to food allergies. HEB or Walmart has the best deals on a 6 inch cake.
